Yes. Online video instruction is the primary format, supported by lesson text and knowledge checks. Production video and caption assets must be installed before live completion is enabled.
The planned workflow is fully online for the course described here. Students use a current browser on a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.
Yes. Your server-side progress is saved so you can return later. Self-paced does not mean required videos, checks, sequence, participation rules, or the exam can be skipped.
Yes. The supplied version contains 50 server-graded multiple-choice questions. Its provider-configured passing score is 80%. Retake limits, waiting periods, and any time limit are not yet verified and block live exam completion.
A completion certificate becomes available only after the server confirms valid enrollment, required lessons, knowledge checks, and a passing exam. Production certificate issuance is disabled in prelaunch.
No. A course completion certificate is a training record. It does not itself issue or replace a government employee license or permit.
No approval claim is currently published. The supplied curriculum says it was prepared for ABLE curriculum review, but the repository contains no written approval establishing the provider, course, and online delivery format.
