Welcome to Oklahoma Server Academy. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of OklahomaServerAcademy.com, your student account, our online training courses, examinations, certificates, and related services.

Oklahoma Server Academy is operated by The Web Corner, Inc. (“Oklahoma Server Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using our website or training services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. About Oklahoma Server Academy

Oklahoma Server Academy provides online educational training for alcohol servers and hospitality professionals.

We are an independent training provider. Oklahoma Server Academy and The Web Corner, Inc. are not the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission (“ABLE Commission”), are not a government agency, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the State of Oklahoma.

Where a course has been approved by the ABLE Commission, that approval applies only within the scope of the approval granted by the Commission.

2. Training Is Not an Alcohol License

Completing a training course does not, by itself, grant an Oklahoma alcohol license, employee license, permit, or other government authorization.

Students are responsible for determining which licenses or permits apply to their employment and for completing any separate application, fee, identification, background, documentation, or other requirements imposed by the ABLE Commission or another governmental authority.

A certificate issued by Oklahoma Server Academy is evidence that the student completed the applicable course requirements. It is not itself a government-issued license.

3. Course Eligibility and License Type

Our online Oklahoma alcohol server course is designed for individuals seeking applicable online server training.

Certain Oklahoma license types may have different requirements. For example, the ABLE Commission currently requires in-person training for the Event Bartender License.

It is the student's responsibility to select training appropriate for the license or employment activity they are pursuing.

4. Student Accounts

Each student must create and use their own account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Maintain only one account for your own use.
Keep your username, password, and account credentials secure.
Complete your own training, knowledge checks, and examination.
Not allow another person to complete any portion of the course on your behalf.
Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Student accounts and course access may not be transferred, sold, shared, or assigned to another person.

5. Course Completion Requirements

Receiving a completion certificate requires satisfaction of all applicable course requirements.

Depending on the course, these requirements may include:

Completing required lessons and videos.
Satisfying participation or course-progress requirements.
Completing required knowledge checks.
Completing the final examination.
Achieving the required passing score.
Satisfying identity or account-verification requirements.
Complying with applicable training rules.

Self-paced access does not permit students to bypass required course material, participation controls, assessments, or other completion requirements.

We may withhold or revoke a certificate when course records reasonably indicate fraud, impersonation, account sharing, manipulation of course controls, or failure to satisfy required training conditions.

6. Course Price and Payment

The advertised price for the Oklahoma Server Academy online alcohol server course is currently $9.95 USD, unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase.

Applicable charges are displayed before checkout.

Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. Oklahoma Server Academy does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

Course access is provided after successful payment and enrollment verification.

7. Refund Policy

Purchases are subject to our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Generally, a student may request a refund within five (5) calendar days of purchase, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in the Refund Policy.

A refund may be denied when the student has already completed the course, passed the final examination, received or become eligible to receive a completion certificate, engaged in misuse or fraud, or otherwise falls within an exclusion described in the Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived.

8. Certificate Information

Students are responsible for making sure the name and other information associated with their account are accurate before a certificate is issued.

We may require reasonable information to verify or correct a student record.

A certificate reflects completion of the course identified on the certificate based on our training records. Altering, falsifying, reproducing for another person, or misrepresenting a certificate is prohibited.

Students remain responsible for submitting their certificate or training record to the ABLE Commission, an employer, or another party when required.

9. Course Content and Legal Information

We work to keep course information accurate and current. Alcohol laws, regulations, agency interpretations, licensing procedures, forms, fees, and government requirements can change.

Course materials are educational information and are not legal advice.

When there is a conflict between our course materials and current Oklahoma law, regulation, or an official ABLE Commission requirement, the applicable law or official government requirement controls.

We may update course content when laws, regulations, agency guidance, or training requirements change.

10. Acceptable Use

You may use Oklahoma Server Academy only for lawful personal educational purposes.

You may not:

Share your account with another student.
Complete training or an examination for another person.
Have another person complete training or an examination for you.
Circumvent course sequencing, timers, participation controls, authentication systems, or security features.
Obtain, copy, distribute, publish, or attempt to discover protected examination questions or answer keys.
Scrape, copy, download, reproduce, resell, or redistribute course content except as expressly permitted.
Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or similar tools to interact with the course in an unauthorized manner.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, databases, accounts, or administrative functions.
Submit false information or falsify training records.
Use the service in a way that interferes with its operation or another student's use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

11. Intellectual Property

The website, course lessons, videos, graphics, examinations, knowledge checks, written materials, software, branding, certificates, and other original content provided through Oklahoma Server Academy are owned by or licensed to The Web Corner, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your purchase provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the purchased training for its intended educational purpose.

Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of the course materials or grant permission to reproduce or commercially distribute them.

12. Availability and Technical Requirements

We intend to make the course reasonably available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, Internet or hosting outages, third-party service interruptions, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Students are responsible for having a compatible device, supported web browser, Internet connection, and functioning email account.

If a technical problem materially prevents you from completing a purchased course, contact us so we can investigate and provide reasonable assistance.

13. Changes to Courses or Services

We may modify the website, course presentation, technology, assessments, security controls, or administrative procedures as reasonably necessary to improve the service or comply with applicable requirements.

We may also revise training materials in response to changes in Oklahoma law, ABLE Commission requirements, or other applicable rules.

Material changes will not be used to improperly deprive a student of a course they have already purchased.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, and government websites.

Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or content of third-party websites or services that we do not control.

Links to government resources are provided for convenience and do not imply government endorsement of Oklahoma Server Academy.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and training services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee employment, issuance or renewal of any government license, acceptance by a particular employer, or any particular business or professional result from completing a course.

Nothing in this section limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oklahoma Server Academy and The Web Corner, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or training services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a student's purchase or use of a course will not exceed the amount the student paid us for the course giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

17. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:

Fraud or suspected fraud.
Account sharing or impersonation.
Falsification of training records.
Attempts to compromise course or examination security.
Unauthorized copying or distribution of course materials.
Chargeback or payment fraud.
Material violation of these Terms.
A legal, regulatory, or governmental requirement.

Termination resulting from misuse does not automatically entitle the student to a refund.

18. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the service, you acknowledge that course records and other information may be collected and maintained as reasonably necessary to administer training, verify completion, prevent fraud, comply with applicable requirements, and maintain appropriate business records.

19. Electronic Communications

By creating an account or enrolling in a course, you consent to receive transactional electronic communications relating to your account, payment, course progress, examination, certificate, security, and customer-service requests.

Transactional messages are part of providing the service and are different from optional marketing communications.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.

The effective date shown at the top of this page identifies the current version.

For an existing purchase, we will not retroactively impose a material change that unlawfully reduces rights associated with that purchase.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

22. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

23. Governing Requirements

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Students must also comply with applicable Oklahoma alcohol laws and ABLE Commission requirements relating to their license or employment.
