Information the application handles
The application collects account names, email addresses, password hashes, course enrollment and progress records, assessment responses and results, certificate records, contact inquiries, and technical security information such as timestamps and IP-derived rate-limit data. It does not store payment card numbers; Stripe handles checkout.
How information is used
Information is used to provide accounts, authenticate users, process and verify orders, track course participation, grade assessments, issue eligible certificates, answer inquiries, prevent abuse, and operate the service.
Service providers
When enabled, Stripe processes payments and the configured email service sends transactional messages. Hosting and database providers process application data as necessary to operate the service.
Security and choices
Passwords are hashed, browser state changes use CSRF protection, and private student records require authentication. Students may ask about access or correction through the contact form. Final deletion, retention, legal-basis, state-law, and dispute procedures require owner/legal review.
